OGG Setting

Variable Bit Rate (VBR) - encoding process where the codec makes the choice for how many bits are used on each segment of music. More complex segments get more bits. VBR was created with the goal of efficient use of file sizes.

NominalBitrate:

Bitrate of an audio file , available only Quality Disabled.

MinBitrate:

Minimal bitrate, available only VBR Enabled.

MaxBitrate:

Maxilmal bitrate, available only VBR Enabled.

Quality:

Varies from 0 (the best quality and the worst speed) to 1000 (the worst quality and the best speed), available only Quality Disabled.
